Q: What is your order procedure? How do you start the
order?
A: First, Choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send
you the order confirmation. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail
or fax. Second, you can go to your bank and do the wire transfer for your order.
After you have transferred the money, please send us the bank bill for our
confirmation. When we receive your money, we will begin to make products for
you. Once we finish your order, we will take some digital pictures and send them
to you to check the items. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the
delivery for you.
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total
payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your
confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

Q: Can you
design one specially?
A: Yes, send us details and a sketch or a
picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.
Q: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the
products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in
Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you
will no need to pay the freight to us.
Q: What is TPU - Thermoplastic Urethane?
A: TPU's full name: (Thermoplastic Elastomer
Urethane Copolymer) is a new non-toxic materials, The wide application of
products, TPU will be replaced by a product of PVC.

Q: What included in products (Zorb ball)?
A: It is included Zorb ball, 2 set harness
included, storage bag included, manual included, blower, kit bag (including the same
color’s material, glue).
Q: Shipping?
A: Can be delivery by air or by Express, by
sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea
15-35 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of inflatable
ball. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than
USD200.00. Air charge is different for different country.
Q: Are passengers safe for general use (for zorb
ball)?
A: Yes. As of this FAQ’s publish date there have been no reported deaths or
serious injuries from this activity*. The sport can be enjoyed by most
individuals between the ages of 12 and 60. You are quite secure inside the inner
cockpit because the impact from bouncing is absorbed by the larger,
air-cushioned outer skin. As the ball rolls, the build up of centrifugal force
keeps the passenger pressed hard against the inner plastic wall, so it’s easy to
feel a sense of weightlessness.
Q: How do you get inside of water walking ball?
A: We have a zipper!
Q: How much time can you stay inside? (for water
walking ball)
A: 15-20 minutes rides when used on hot sunny days.
